An Open Door, LLC was established in 2012 by founder Mark Chavez, who is the owner of the company. An Open Door is a single focus agency that supports people with disabilities and families. We strive to be a resource for our communities and to enhance growth towards the highest possible level of potential for each individual, as a respected and valued member of their family and community at large. We firmly adhere to the principles of consumer preference, normalization, least restrictive environment, dignity of risk, culture and respect of self-determination of each individual. Our goal is to bring all these resources and possibilities to each individual so that they may achieve their most valued goals.
