Our Mission
An Open door supports Individuals with developmentally disabilities and their families. It is a community-based program that assists Individuals reach their full potential while assisting families meet the individuals needs and wants.

We strive to be a resource for our communities and to enhance growth towards the highest possible level of potential for each individual, as a respected and valued member of their family and community at large.
We firmly adhere to the principles of consumer preference, normalization, least restrictive environment, dignity of risk, culture and respect of self-determination of each individual. Our goal is to bring all these resources and possibilities to each individual so that they may achieve their most valued goals.

Since our founding in 2012 we have established a relationship between the individuals that we serve and the community. We look forward to continuing our dedication to individuals and their families.
